• Base: SV BASE (patent-pending technology) - Combines the properties of a solid base in a fabric cushion. It consists of a proprietary blend of silicone, Phoenix, and other materials , creating an electrostatic bond with the desk to ensure the cushion's stability.
• Knitting: Thin side knit (below or at pillow surface level)
• Important: The knitting is done by hand, so it may not be perfectly straight or may appear "wavy" due to the difficulty of working with this stiff material. If the knitting becomes damaged, please do not pull the threads ; instead, cut them with scissors.
• Warranty: Intentional damage is not covered, but we will replace any pillow under warranty. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
