Although specifically designed for cloth pads, they also provide a great experience on hard pads. PlastiX skates feature a first-of-its-kind hybrid material designed for ultimate glide performance and abrasion resistance. These skates are incredibly durable, with our tests showing them to last over 250 times longer than PTFE. With this high degree of abrasion resistance, you can be sure that your mouse will glide consistently throughout the life of the skates. This makes our skates the most consistent glide of any competitor. Although they are designed for performance and durability, they can be a little louder on some hard surfaces.
